Carbon Footprint Assessment
Student driven data collection resulting in a school carbon footprint calculation for each of the participating schools.

Team Workshops & Development
We will hold workshops for students, teachers and facility/leadership teams. These workshops will focus on positive, action that drives data driven change.

Focus 360 Operations Review
An objective holistic & highly informed approach, our recommendations are designed to be low investment and high impact. Positive change needs to be easy to implement and clearly visible.

360 Sustainability Review
In parallel with the operational review, we will conduct a sustainability review that approaches the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of sustainability.

October – May
Action & Behaviour Change Plan
As a result of the learning made, schools will hold a half day workshop for a team of stakeholders from the school that will result in an Action an Behaviour Change Plan.
Operations Action Impact Plan
To complement the Action & Behaviour Change Plan the participating schools would put together an short term Action Impact Plan with easy to implement micro change proposals designed to make a difference.
Carbon Action Impact Plan
The third in the series of Action Impact Reports is one that focuses on sustainability and carbon reduction. Similar to the others, the review will focus on low cost, short term action that will make an impact.
Step 3. Measure & Celebrate
May – July
Action Dashboard
An online Action Dashboard will help the schools share their successes with the other participating schools and the wider communities.

Show the people who do the most that you value their contribution & publicly share your school’s commitment to a positive future.

Group Summary Report
We will collate a top level report which outline the main outcomes of the Challenge . Designed for your group leadership team and investors to infor future action and planning.

What is the minimum number of schools needed?
5 or 6 schools would be the absolute minimum.
Over what time span would the Challenge take place?
Over the period of one academic year.
How would the Challenge be delivered?
Travel restictions allowing, there would be one physical visit and this would be supported by online interactions.
What benefits will it bring?
A wide range of benefits across the group will ensue, including:
- Operational cost reductions (hopefully, exceeding cost)
- Whole school, ‘walking the talk’
